Cycle OR Athletic Training

A low impact group cycling workout that strengthens your legs and provides a challenging cardio workout to burn fat and build stamina (50 - 60 minutes.) OR Athletic Training consists of sprint drills, plyometrics, balance/core work, and sport-specific training. Activities include suicides, push-ups, agility drills. Participants may work at their own pace and can modify any activity. Use of BOSU, cones, jump ropes, medicine balls, stability balls, and more make sure that the workout is fun and effective.

Inner Force

Inner Force is a group fitness class that is focused in using functional moves and flexibility, to build strength, stability and balance. The core is worked throughout. It is taught barefoot, but sneakers are fine. We use a bar, i.e., empty body pump bar and it is built to include moves for all levels. All anatomical planes of body movement are used, as well as the body's own weight. A towel for sweat and a bottle of water is very encouraged! Most people find the class very deceiving. And noticeable changes come quick to waist lines and legs!
